We will work with you to provide the level of health care you require.

It is important that you come to your appointment on time.

It is important that you book routine appointments in advance.

It is important that we can understand each other.  If you do not speak English you may need to bring an interpreter or we may not be able to provide some services.

If you make an appointment but cannot attend, please phone to cancel the appointment to make space for others.

All doctors work on a part time basis.  It may not be possible for you to see your usual doctor if you require care on a day when your usual doctor does not work.

If you are sick, it is possible to see the nurse for same day appointments, and if necessary you will be seen by the doctor on duty.
