How do Saint Patriick's Square Medical and Dental Centre patients pay for medical services?

As a patient you have two payment options; you can EITHER pay a membership subscription for you and your family, OR choose a "pay as you go" system.

Membership

With The SAINT PATRICK’S SQUARE MEDICAL & DENTAL CENTRE Membership Plan you pay just $45.00 four times a year (or $45.00 for your first and $15.00 Per Month there after if that suits you better) for you and your family to see the Doctor or Nurse. You can see them as often as you need, provided your subscription is up to date.

A family is defined as any children under the age of 18yrs that are living with you at your address, and up to two adult caregivers/ legal guardians of these children.

If you have a chronic health condition Work and Income NZ (WINZ) may pay your membership via the disability benefit, please ask the doctor for this form.

Membership has to be paid at least 1 month in advance.

To be a member do I have to enrol?

Yes you have to be enrolled as well as up to date in your membership payments with SAINT PATRICK’S SQUARE MEDICAL & DENTAL CENTRE in order to receive membership benefits.  This is because in order for us to receive funding from the Government for treating you and or your family, you need to have selected SAINT PATRICK’S SQUARE MEDICAL & DENTAL CENTRE your "preferred medical provider" and you do this by enrolling with us.

SAINT PATRICK’S SQUARE MEDICAL & DENTAL CENTREis a part of the Te Kupenga O Hotorua PHO, and receives it’s funding from the Government through the TKOH PHO.
